The apartment spans 91 sq m and features two bedrooms, ideal for accommodating up to 5 people. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom offers an additional double bed. A convenient sofa bed ensures additional accommodation if needed.

The living area features an American kitchen fully equipped, which includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is perfectly integrated with the living room, creating a bright and functional space.

The apartment boasts two shower rooms, making the stay comfortable and practical. The air conditioning and individual gas heating ensure maximum comfort in every season. The free WiFi connection and Smart TV, which allows connection to Netflix and various Apps, completes the technological experience.

An external balcony offers an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the open air and to smoke peacefully. The free external parking nearby represents an additional advantage for guests with cars.

The location is exceptional: just 50 metres from tram and bus stops, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Carpenedo railway station is reachable in a few minutes, while Magical Venice and the Wonderful Riviera del Brenta are easily accessible through public transport Tram and Bus just steps away from the apartment.

The accommodation tax will be requested for a maximum of no. 5 consecutive nights.
